Account Information and Payment Methods:
When you choose to use ShopPay, you are required to provide accurate account and contact information and to link your ShopPay account to a valid payment method. You warrant and represent that you are the legal owner of all payment accounts you provide and link to ShopPay, and that all information you provide when signing up for ShopPay is truthful, current, and accurate.

Shopify's Rights:
Shopify reserves the right to prohibit or restrict your ability to make transactions using ShopPay at any time for any reason, without notice to you. Shopify may also request additional information from you before you can use or continue to use ShopPay. Auraah is not responsible for any such prohibitions, restrictions, or requests made by Shopify.

Installment Payments with Affirm:
Installment payments on ShopPay are supported and managed by a third-party partner, Affirm. If you choose to pay in installments or opt for a "buy now, pay later" option when using ShopPay, you are contracting with Affirm. Eligibility determinations and repayment obligations are governed by Affirm's terms of service, which are presented to you during checkout. Shopify is not a party to any agreement between you and Affirm and expressly disclaims all liability with respect to such agreements.

Limitation of Liability:
Auraah Beauty LLC., including its owners, employees, and affiliates, is not liable for any errors, delays, or issues related to the use of ShopPay or Affirm, including but not limited to transaction processing, payment installment agreements, or eligibility determinations. All concerns or disputes regarding payment processing or installment plans should be directed to Shopify or Affirm as appropriate. Auraah's liability for any claim related to the use of ShopPay or Affirm is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the purchase.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from the use of ShopPay or Affirm must be resolved between you and the respective service providers. Auraah will not mediate or involve itself in such disputes. By using ShopPay, you acknowledge and agree to hold Auraah harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of ShopPay or Affirm.
